Kevin C. Bean holds a bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and is a registered professional engineer and licensed general contractor. He has over 20 years experience in the engineering and construction industry in a broad range of industry segments. Kevin has experience in project development and project delivery for several Fortune 100 companies. Throughout his career, Kevin has worked as a field engineer, process engineer, project manager and site manager. Kevin routinely works with the senior management of O’Neal’s clients to ensure critical business goals are being met by the project delivery team. Kevin served as the Vice President of Business Development and Chairman of the Audit Committee before becoming President and CEO in 2005.

Judy Castleberry holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in accounting from John Carroll University. She has over 15 years experience in public accounting including managing and budgeting, audits and reviews; providing management and consulting services; preparing and reviewing complex federal and multi-state tax returns, forecasts and projections; creating and strengthening production client relationships.

David McGuire holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, a Bachelors degree in both Civil Engineering and Surveying from The Ohio State University.
He has over 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry with specific expertise in the design and construction of nuclear power plants and research reactors, power-plant instrumentation and control and the production of nuclear fuel. He has held supervisory and management positions of advancing responsibility during his career that most recently included US Regional Deputy-Civil and Layout Division with AREVA NP where his duties included technical issue resolution, construction support, staffing and resource planning for large scale EPC projects. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois.

Jeff Hall, PE, VP, Process Chemical SBU Leader
Jeff Hall holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a registered professional engineer with over 20 years experience in the design and construction industries. Jeff began his O’Neal career as a process engineer followed by seven years as a Project Manager for Wellman, Inc. in Johnsonville, South Carolina. In 1998 he returned to O’Neal as a Project Manager and in 1999 he moved into the Business Development Group where he proved himself to be a strong client advocate and successful Business Development Manager. In 2010 Jeff was selected to lead the Process Chemical Strategic Business Unit where he is responsible for the development and delivery of all O’Neal’s process chemical projects.

Craig Crowther holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University. He has over 20 years of experience in mechanical HVAC design and project management for pharmaceutical and industrial clients. His experience includes solid dosage and sterile fill manufacturing facilities, BSL laboratories and research facilities, clean manufacturing facilities, office buildings, medical office buildings, high-tech manufacturing, and warehouse/distribution facilities. Craig joined O’Neal in 1994 where his leadership abilities came to the forefront and he was appointed the managing principal of O’Neal’s Raleigh office. In 2009 Craig was selected to lead the Pharmaceutical Business Unit where he has responsibility for managing the staff and projects of O’Neal’s pharmaceutical market.

Shane Bolding, VP, Industrial Mfg. SBU Leader
Shane Bolding holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from Clemson University and he has over 18 years of experience in the design and construction industries. He began his career at Johnson Controls designing and managing the construction and installation of electrical, mechanical and automation systems for industrial and commercial clients. He began developing client relationships and moved into business development. He worked for Suitt Construction Company where he had sales in excess of $200 million for the food and beverage and process divisions. He joined O’Neal as a business development manager in 2004 and then joined THS Constructors, Inc. where he was offered the opportunity to be a founding principal and partner. He rejoined O’Neal in 2011 where he has responsibility for managing the staff and projects of O’Neal’s industrial manufacturing market.

Kevin Gass holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Institute of Technology and he has over 22 years experience in construction management. As Manager of Projects, he provides leadership for successful project delivery. His previous roles include a management position with Suitt Construction, a Project Executive and Operations Manager for Turner Construction and most recently, as Vice President of Operations and Project Executive at Bovis Lend Lease.

Becky Rollins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and has over 28 years of experience in the engineering/construction industry. She has experience in the pulp and paper, chemical, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceutical and government market sectors. Becky has an excellent working knowledge of construction methods, engineering practices, estimating, project controls procedures, construction safety, quality assurance (including ISO 9000 and Six Sigma), subcontract administration and project startup. Becky currently manages O’Neal’s preconstruction group in preparing estimates, schedules and preliminary design for projects in a wide range of industries. She works with clients early in the design phase to ensure that the project is buildable, while also being cost-effective, and maintainable.

Brian Gallagher, Director of Marketing
Brian Gallagher holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Towson University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Loyola College. He has over 18 years experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Brian provides leadership to O’Neal’s marketing, renewable energy, community and public relations initiatives. Prior to joining O’Neal in 2009, he served in marketing leadership positions with Structural Group and Williams Scotsman. Brian has served in leadership roles with several industry associations and trade organizations.
