The process provides clients a basis for defining facility requirements accurately. It also allows O’Neal to establish a guaranteed cost and schedule at an early stage in design. We can reach a guaranteed cost and schedule for approximately 1% to 3% of the overall project cost. Clients receive a complete project execution plan, preliminary design documents, and a guaranteed price to design and construct the project.
Every O’Neal employee is trained and certified in PreConstruction and EPC (engineer - procure - construct) project delivery services. O’Neal has an internally developed EPC Certification Program tailored to ensure consistent and efficient project delivery.
