As a leading EPC (engineer – procure – construct) delivery organization, O’Neal provides in-house EPC certification programs to continually expand our qualified and experienced team of EPC professionals. The program educates and mentors participants in the O'Neal method of delivering an EPC project.
- Leadership Training
O’Neal offers offsite leadership development seminars for selected individuals with high potential.
- Lunch and Learns
These sessions are used for internal training focused on technical issues, project management, business communications, and general EPC information.

We partner with RedVector to provide self-directed, online training courses for our team members.
