In support of our safety mission statement and achieving the desired safety culture all employees, subcontractors and team members are expected to perform their job in a safe manner in accordance with the procedures outlined in O’Neal’s safety and health program. Local, state, and federal regulations will be met and are considered the minimum requirements on our projects.
O’Neal’s goal is to have zero incidents. Safety is the paramount consideration in the design, construction and operation of every project.
