At O'Neal, eligible team members have the opportunity to experience company ownership through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and Direct Stock Ownership. 

Employee Stock Ownership Plan - An ESOP is a retirement plan, a form of profit sharing, established to reward eligible employees for their performance and dedication to the success of the company.

Direct Stock Ownership - Each year the Board of Directors determines which employees have demonstrated leadership capabilities, and have earned the privilege of being offered Direct Stock Ownership.
