Fenner Dunlop Holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
– August 6, 2009 – Fenner Dunlop hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony
celebrating the completion of their 250,000-square-foot manufacturing
facility in Lavonia, Georgia. The facility was completed in 2008;
however, Fenner took time last week to celebrate the opening of the
grassroots facility. Bob Knotts, Alan Cameron, and Scott Davis of O'Neal
attended the event.
The new facility, designed and constructed by O'Neal, Inc., provides a significant upgrade to Fenner Dunlop's industrial weaving operation which manufactures the core component of its industrial conveyor products. The project was a greenfield development and includes a weaving operation and specialty treating operation, all site amenities, and offices. O'Neal also helped Fenner with site selection and negotiation.
