O'Neal Announces Completion of 300,000 Square-Foot Manufacturing Facility

O'Neal, Inc. announced today it has completed the design and construction of Fenner-Dunlop's 300,000 square-foot manufacturing facility at the Gateway Industrial Park in Hart County, GA. This is the second major facility to be built at the park which also houses TI Automotive, a tier one automotive supplier facility also designed and constructed by O'Neal.

O'Neal Vice President Jeff Hall says the company is pleased with the project's outcome, "At O'Neal we work hard to meet our clients' budgetary and schedule needs. This project was completed three weeks ahead of schedule and on budget."

Another critical aspect of construction is safety. Hall said, "Consistent with our focus on safety and a safe site, we completed over 236,000 man hours without a loss-time accident at the Fenner-Dunlop site."

Details of the project include 15,000 cubic yards of concrete placed in three months, 1,200 tons of steel and 300,000 square-feet of decking. Fenner-Dunlop's new facility will provide a significant upgrade to the company's industrial weaving operation which manufactures the core component of its industrial conveyor products. Fenner Dunlop's products are used in industrial processing systems, heavy equipment, and electrical and mechanical equipment servicing a wide range of industries, such as mining, aggregates, and wood products and recycling.
