We provide training and development to aid our employees in pursuing careers in design, preconstruction, construction management, project management, procurement, or corporate support. In addition, we have a mentoring program that facilitates knowledge transfer from one generation to the next.
  • O誰eal EPC Certification
 - As a leading EPC (Engineering/Procurement/Construction) organization, O誰eal provides in-house certification programs to continually expand our qualified and experienced team of EPC professionals. The program educates and mentors participants in the O'Neal method of delivering an EPC project.
  • Safety Training - In addition to mandatory safety awareness training, employees have the opportunity to take OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Training. Our Safety professionals provide in-house training to ensure our focus on safety is ingrained in our culture.
  • Sustainability and LEED Training - O誰eal team members have the opportunity to take courses and programs focused on sustainable design and construction principles. We also offer LEED-AP and LEED-GA programs.
  • Lunch and Learns
 - These sessions are used for internal training focused on technical issues, design approaches, project management, business communications, new technologies, sustainability, and general EPC information.

We partner with RedVector to provide self-directed, online training courses for our team members.
