University of Stuttgart Graduate Students Visit O’Neal

O’Neal recently hosted an event for students from the Industrial Real Estate Management (IREM) master’s program at the Universität Stuttgart in Stuttgart, Germany. The event was held on October 23rd, and focused on how O’Neal operates as an Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) firm in the United States.

Robert Bosch, a long-time partner of O’Neal, was a sponsor of the US trip that included visits to Robert Bosch Anderson and BMW Manufacturing.

The IREM master’s program was established for those who are currently working, or going to work, in industrial real estate management; e.g. architects or engineers working in planning/construction agencies.

“This was a unique opportunity for O’Neal to demonstrate how we successfully deliver complex projects in the United States,” said Kevin Bean, president and CEO of O’Neal. “The students were intrigued by our construction contracting approach, construction site technology and drone demonstration.”

“Our O’Neal team was honored to host this IREM group at our office in Greenville and have the chance to interact with such a diversified group of architects, engineers and construction professionals from Europe,” said Eldon Gowens, Industrial Manufacturing SBU Leader at O’Neal.
