O’Neal’s procurement team offers purchasing, tracking and expediting services associated with project delivery. The O’Neal staff can augment internal client resources or work as an arm of the client’s project management team. Procurement capabilities extend to both equipment and construction subcontract packages.
O’Neal prequalifies vendors, establishes bid documents, and provides bid analysis. Clients can participate in this process at the level that meets their needs. Bid recommendations are provided and reviewed internally along with design and construction personnel for completeness to project requirements.
