One of the challenges of implementing automation is the ability of producers and distributors to effectively analyze automation systems and select options which best align with their needs. Rayloc was implementing their first automated distribution system and asked O’Neal to help them ensure a smooth project delivery. O’Neal’s role on the project was working with the automation supplier to validate design requirements, map key processes and product flows and assist in project managing customer activities including building infrastructure modifications and IT deliverables.
