Bosch Rexroth - Manufacturing Renovcation

Bosch Rexroth produces hydraulic pumps on its Fountain Inn, SC campus.  As part of the rapid growth of this business segment, Bosch Rexroth targeted an available industrial warehouse to convert into a production facility and selected O’Neal to provide engineer, procure, construct services for the fast-track conversion.

The existing facility 265,000 square feet was outfitted with new steel reinforcement for the utility mezzanine, electrical upgrades, chilled water lines, heat treating, compressed air systems, and new concrete reinforced slab for machining equipment. The project included 12,000 square feet of new office space, additional parking, and upgrades to all utility services.

A temporary production area was created for Bosch Rexroth to begin production of the product prior to the completion of the upfit. 

The project was awarded an Excellence in Construction Award by the Associated Builders and Contractors of the Carolinas (ABC).
